We are losing jobs in america and replacing them with low paying service jobs .When will we require that all military spending be done with in our own boarders .That all the steal and miles of electrical cable and plumbing pipe and every part used to make our weapons be made in america .World war two helped americans out of the depression and the cold war lead to housing and jobs for millions of americans and lead to prosperity for all .
Today we are selling ourselfs out and buying our materials from the enemy .Steal from korea and china is used and billions paid to other countrys to provide us the materials need to wage war .
When will this congress at least make it so americans contribute to the war effort and are returned some of the money taken to pay for the war .The third world is the winner in this war and we are all losers .With our children dieing and our taxes being spent abroad what have we been thinking .
Who runs america if we do not .Bush and his profiteers ????????

I hate to keep beating the same drum, but what you're describing is the legacy of the plutocracy established by the wealthy who are entrenched in Washington. And sad to say, it's not just the Republicans. It's the Democrats as well. Kerry, Kennedy, Kohl, Rockefeller, all upstanding Democrats who had a hand in the free trade bills that caused the export of our jobs. The rich get richer off the backs of cheap labor. The bottom line profits of big business expands while fewer Americans make a decent wage.
Of course Bush and his oil buddies are raking in the profits. But they are only taking advantage of the previously established plutocracy.

Pollution is WAY down, and many of us are living so much longer that it is even being cited as a PROBLEM in our society.
Debt is optional. If you don't like it, qualify for a better job and quit wasting your money on credit card interest and all the things we didn't have 50 years ago and that you don't need anyway.
The tree-huggers and our AFL-CIO and UAW unionized fathers forced our manufacturing base out of America, as have the uneducated people of today who can't even spell "within", "borders", "steel" or "dying". Foreigners are laughing at you while they eat your lunch.
Get a life, and quit blaming the President for everything.

Unions drove steal prices out of reach in this country.EPA regulations make it impossible to even manufacture electronic components in the country.
We either fight there or here.Most of us like there better.
We pass laws to improve things,they generally make things worse.
Let business be business and war be war and you might find life is good.
