if it is in outlook express just move it t oyou inbox and save it and go to your address book and enter the addy as safe, or in hotmail go to your options and into the addy n your safe either way its easy

on your bulk folder, click on the message that is not spam then click on the move button and on the drop down option choose inbox. next time the sender will send a message it will be routed to your inbox instead on your bulk folder for spams.

If it is Yahoo mail, just open the e-mail and click the button at the top that says "This is not spam".
