A kilometer is about 5/6 of a mile. Do the math.
Once you complete the conversion you'll feel so much better because you gained knowledge.

First you have to find out how many gallons or liters your gas tank will hold. Then you have to multiply the gallons in the car by 50 then again multiply that by 1.6 to get it in kilometers.

It depends where you are. There are 5 UK miles to every 8 kilometers or, 80 kms = 49.709695 UK miles, however, since the US mile is somewhat shorter, you will have to convert again.
(I'm understood that the American mile is approximately 1/6th shorter than the UK mile)
