Mozart wrote a song about bagpipe, I dont remember its title clearly. Its speed is quite fast (fast movement) with flute (or bagpipe, not pretty sure) and piano. Thanks!

The closest match I can think of at the moment is Mozart's Piano and Wind Quintet in E Flat Major (K452) for piano, oboe, clarinet, horn, and bassoon or the Clarinet Trio in E Flat Major (K498) for piano, viola and clarinet. I am not too sure about this though. Tell me when you find the right answer!

I've been piping for 25yrs and never heard of this. Dvorak (sp?) has a largo movement that's commonly played on pipes as a slow air. Mozart has never come up.
