I need a good long lasting no run? Doesn't have to be a waterproof one!

The best mascara out there is "GREAT LASH BLACKEST BLACK MASCARA" OF MAYBELLINE NEW YORK (the pink one with a green top) , and the best of all is pretty cheap.

I truly believe that Mary Kay has the best mascara. I am not a Mary Kay consultant. I actually think Mary Kay is like a wierd cult. I do think that their mascara rocks. It goes on without a bunch of clumps and does not run. ANother great trick to know is always put your bottom mascara on first. That way you don't get it on your eye lid when applying the bottom and the top is still wet.

L'Oreal Voluminous, I've used it since high school (10 yrs now) And I Love It! that's all I ever use. I have tried others but this is the best. Max Factor's 2000 Calorie is a good one too, Maybelline Volume Express is good too, and Maybelline's Great Lash is great too. But I prefer Voluminous, it leaves them long and full, and it doesn't run all over your eyes. Dries quick too.

I have tried just about every mascara there is. From the expensive ones to the cheap ones. My absolute favorite is Maybelline Great Lash mascara. If you want the water proof it comes in very black, but if you just want a regular, try blackest black. It is also one of the cheapest mascaras ever.

Super Full Mascara by Avon. It doesn't clump, run, or smudge.
I've even slept with it on and it didn't get messed up.

I tried a lot of mascaras but I think the best is Volume express waterproof from maybeline NY.

stay away from almay mascara.You should be looking for a non running eye liner.Mascara really doesnt run like that...say if it rains or you cry or sweat.Blame it on the eye liner.I tell people to just use eye shadow and mascara and your chances of running your makeup down your face

Kind of expensive, but it's awesome.
