I have a good friend in England that wants me to move there. I would love to, however, I have two chihuahuas and a cat. The quarintine time for animals is 3 months. Why so long. My animals are probably cleaner and more germ free than some of the people that will be on the plane.

What i know some people are doing (shhh.) is flying to France or Spain where there is no quarantine. Then you get a vet certificate over there, and then drive or take the train in to England. The quarantine is only from countries outside of the European Union, thats why this works. there is no quarantine for pets coming from france.

They quarantine animals so they don't bring any new *anything* into the country. Deal with it or leave them with someone here.
