You have become what it is you think you now are. "I think therefore I am", ever heard that before? Also the Heraclitus interpretation of "you can't step into the same river twice"...well, we change and evolve all the time, according to these two quotes from famous philosophers, so you are what you think at this very moment, but you're not the same as 1 second ago, and you're not gonna be what you were a second ago, in another second from now, because that second has already passed and in THIS second, and the one coming, you will be something different, yet retain some of base properties of what you always were. (Have I confused you enough for the day?) :)
