I'am what should i do to improve it??? I think my job in retail is making it worst???

I have to agree with you about not being a people person in retail. I hate it because they customers can get so rude and so can the employees with each other. I try my best to smile and stay calm but I swear sometimes I just want to slap them.

Don't worry about it. Working in retail will have that effect. I'm not a people person because I'm allergic to bullshit, so there ya go.

im not...but i wish i was.
its good to be a people person....believe me ur friends eventually go down start seeing other friends, i miss that. now, i only have a couple and we dont even hang out
