Treat your skin gently. Drink lots of water. Acne is caused by hormones. Proactiv makes me break out in a rash. I use birth control pills to keep the pimples away. I use Neutrogena products for cleansing, toner and moisturizer. My skin is much better now. I also go for a glycolic acid facial every 3-4 months.

Try the new Loreal Acne Response, it is made for adults and it works great. I love it !!!! It's about $25 for the 3 piece kit and you can get it at any drugstore. They also have a peel kit that is great. Good Luck.
