Believe it or not people with ADHD calm down if they have a stimulant such as caffeine. Try giving her lots of coffee.

I think your best bet is to grin and bear it, make sure and emphasise politely when they are making it difficult to get work done. Perhaps ask them if you could do somthing socially not at work and save the idle chat for then....do you think that would fly (even if you have no intention of ever doing anyting it's a lil white lie)

Set boundaries. Say things like, "I'd love to talk, but I have work to do. Let's talk later, ok?" This is not a rare thing to have to deal with in the workplace, so you might as well get some practice at it. Hope that helps.

Firmly explain that you are trying to work (which is why they are there also) and then put your ear plugs back in. If it continues, talk to the boss and let the boss come down on them. Good Luck!

Stick a sock in her mouth. Tell the boss to give her some extra work so she will be kept busy.

I had the same problem. I finally started to avoid eye contact with her and when she started blabbing again I would walk off or start talking to other coworkers.
-Pretty soon the girl got the message.

Ignore him. Allow him to talk on and on, just don't say anything. Do your work. Be warned, though, that a simple "uh-huh" could send him back up again.

Ignore her, let her know you a too busy and if you don't concentrate on your work you'll get nothing done and the boss will be pissed at her for manipulating your time!

Keep them busy. Give them jobs to do. They should take the hint. Tell them you're concentrating on your job.
