You can find them being sold illegally on the streets, or by 'somebody who knows somebody', before Halloween. These fireworks are often of poor quality & can be very dangerous. People & animals get badly burnt every year. It's much safer to enjoy official organised displays.

You can't buy them in any shop here. But i get them from my mate Dave. He's a dodgy bloke. I don't know where he gets them.
