I am a huge CSI fan, so I will probably end up watching that ... but I watched the rerun from last season of Grey's Anatomy last night - this was my first time watching that show, and I absolutely loved it. I was laughing, crying ... I was an emotional wreck! If you are a fan of both, which one will you watch??

Thanks everyone for the VCR/TIVO/record to PC ideas, but I do not have the technological ability to do that. Only 1 tv, no home computer, no cable only antenna - the picture comes in very clear, but there is no way to record one channel while watching another as the VCR is built into the t.v. So I have to choose one or the other :).

I think you should watch the one you would like to watch the whole season right from home. Simple as that...
Find a friend co-worker or someone new perhaps that might have it on a DVR or has taped it. There are others out there with the same predicament. It can or could become a group thing to watch on another day. Get together and make a thing.. We need more social interaction...
I must say I feel lucky to have my DVR since most of the shows I watch or at the same time.(Bones - Criminal Minds - CSI NY omg I watch a LOT of shows. Sometimes I feeling like I'm sticking it the man(woman) !!! yea!

Well I've realized that Grey's Anatomy is a show you have to watch with the commercial breaks. They help a lot with the tension building. So some friends and I are going to watch it but I'm recording CSI. I have been a fan of CSI since the beginning so I have to watch it anyway I can.

Well there are multiple ways to look at this. CSI is the most watched show of the two according to the ratings for last week:
1. 4 Dancing With the Stars ABC 20.2
2. X Sunday Night Football NBC 18.4
3. X Survivor: Cook Islands CBS 18.0
4. 14 Dancing With the Stars results ABC 16.3
5. 3 CSI: Crime Scene Investigation CBS 15.6
So if you want to watch what your friends are most likely to watch I would watch CSI. But then again you could go with the ol' VCR recording on one TV while you watch the other on another TV. There are also ways to record to your PC:

Or do what I do and get TIVO or DVR:

I'm such a Greys Anatomy fan, I couldn't imagine missing it. However, if you have no way to watch both, I would recomend making your choice, and then catching the other show when it comes out on DVD. Either that, or you could go on somewhere like Limewire and see if you can download episodes. I still say go with Greys Anatomy, it is an amazing show, but it's really up to you and what you're into. Good luck!

Male or lady friends? I watch gray's by way of fact my spouse loves the coach. i'd desire to pass on without it. CSI is a very cool coach which would be enjoyed by making use of the two lady and male genders. gray's important character has no charm for me and the coach would desire to probable pass on without her. CSI will pass downhill as quickly as Grissom is long previous. i be responsive to he's no longer precisely charasmatic yet he's critical to the coach. the boys on gray's are all wimpy and whiney. No stable men are represented on the coach. CSI men a minimum of take fee of the region. For me CSI is a extra effective coach in spite of the indisputable fact that I actual have not considered one for awhile. that's going to be thrilling to verify the outcomes you get from this questions. i think maximum men will say CSI and maximum women will say gray's.

I will watch CSI, and luckily for me I can record Grey's Anatomy to watch later.
I love them both, however I do not have patience for watching Grey's Anatomy with commercial breaks.

Definitly greys antomy. i'v watched it from day one and it's the best medical drama out there. you will laugh, cry, wonder how they get away with it, but most important you will get caught up in each character. tonight is the new season premeir and my house could burn down around me and my familys on there own as far as dinner is concerned cuz I WILL NOT MISS IT. i watch CSI on the weekends and it's a good show too but it doesn't hold my attention like Greys Anatomy. Hope this helps. Please watch tonight,it may help you deciede.

I suggest a VCR for you =)
I'll be watching Grey's -- I've waited for what has seemed forever to see what happens after last season's finale (which I've watched twice now in two days, once online and again last night on TV)
God, poor Denny. They really should not have let him die =( He's so adorable.

CSI!!!
How did a show about people cheating on each other get so popular i'll never know. Making cheating look fun and exciting is one of the reasons so many people think its fine to do it. I do not mean to put anyone down, just my opinion.
