They are everywhere..not just confined to nationalities. I am a very friendly person and I never meet a stranger. I talk to everybody. For example..yesterday I went to my local supermarket. I talked to at least 4 people that I didn't know. This one lady was about my age (38) she was unfriendly to me. The only thing I said was that the lettuce had raised a lot since last week. She said, "Then don't buy it." Very sharp tongue on her.

Come to Detroit and you will find the most unfriendly people in the world. I agree that the most friendly are down south.

I'm Italian and not at all unfriendly. I like the Japanese people. Apart from the muslim terrorists i think English and German are unfriendly.

Friendly is a real contest
unfriendly is easy--Muslim- the radicals want to kill everybody who is not of their sect (and all in their sect who fraternize with any who are not of their sect) and, if the Koran is to be believed, the entire world must be converted to Islam or destroyed.
I know of no other peoples in modern times who so universally hate and show intolerance.
