Like the others have said, they do. Guns like anything else that is collected can be decorated with precious metals and drawings. Also some of the different metals and and colors are for functional uses such as stainless steel for a lot of outdoor use (i.e. Police Officers ect.) and some finishes are for show purposed like nickle and the ones with scroll work an inlays.

They already do come in colors. Black, grey, Silver, Green, Camo, Blue, Grey, Tan......

They do, look at Beretta's or Magnum Research's new stuff.
BTW, you can get just about anything metal hard anodized in whatever color you want.
And there's always paint...
