Yes... I did marry my best friend. And we've been happily married ever since.

I don't think there's a definite answer for this. You need to look inside your heart and decide how much you love them and if you love them in the ways that you need to as a spouse. It's great to be married to your best friend. You already have a strong relationship and understand the type of person they are, so if you love each other and are willing to work together to make it work, but all means, go for it!

I'm engaged to my best friend. I wouldn't want to marry anyone else but my best friend. It's an easy love and it makes life worthwhile.

Good luck!

Yes it is normal. I belive love after marriage though its a bit risky but most of the times it works but do remember only one thing whether its a love marriage or arranged. Never stop communicating with your partner and try to have a trust in u and ur partner as well if one deserves it. in this way ur relationship will go a long way. Good luck....morpheous143@yahoo.co.uk

it depends on the friend and the situation you are in. If you two are good friends have a lot in common then go for it. He (your best friend) could be the one you wanted and he was right under your nose and the other guys you were with were just a test to see if your best friend was the one or not

I have always felt that the person you are married to should be your best friend.

Sometimes the marriage comes first and then the friendship, over many years, but sometimes it is the other way around. You'll be just fine, don't worry!

I have been married to my best friend for 22 years and we love each moment we have. Best friends for 5 years before dating then married.

I don't have to go out to talk to my best friend. If I need to talk she is there. If I want to do something I take my best friend. If my best friend wants to go somewhere she ask her best friend, ME.

Why wouldn't you marry your best friend. I can not think of anyone else to marry. If your spouse isn't your best friend then something is wrong.

Are you both free right now? If so, I say try dating first. If you've been dating, and are both sure, then I say "go for it!". I married my best friend and haven't regretted it at all. Hope this helps.

If you love him yes and if he loves you why not think about who your engaged to really think about where your heart lies and than decide who you really love your bestfriend you've had since you were a kid and knows you well or the guy your engaged to!
