I'm a Realtor, and there is a house listed that I think is a great property for exactly that , a business dwnstrs and living space up. 1036 sq ft each on main, 2nd floor, and bsmt. There's also 2 car garage with a loft!Listed for $175,000 I need some ideas of what would work well in this space.

any artist studio type thing works well , a catering busines can work , a flower shop , many .........I make glass art and would love a place like you describe , live, work ,sell , all in the same building ...............YUMMY ......I smell dollars rolling in ...........

Check the zoning first (it may need commerial zonining, if the house will be altered). In general, here are some ideas:
- Photographer or videographer
- Makup or other type of salon/makeover service
- Massage/Facial
- Tea Room
- Florist or silk florist
- Wedding or event planning
- Craft store (this will need zoning approval)

A hair salon would be good, a funeral home, a real estate office, it really can be used for any office style business.
