When he was in high school, he had a black girlfriend who broke his heart when she broke up with him. That is when he said what he said. He apologized for it. Doesn't seem like he can get along with white women either.

Russel Simmons said that he gives a great deal of money to charities for black women (and white) but he does this completely ANONYMOUSLY. That should answer it right there. No, the "TAPE" is a tape he made when he was a young teenager and his girlfriend broke his heart really bad (she was black) Proof, was his best friend since middle school and all of the members of D12 are people who knew s him years before he was famous.

Isn't everyone just a little bit racist??? Not that I condone it or anything (obviously, I'm Black, how could I?) but with all the stereotypes and such going around we're bound to say something morally wrong at one point and someone just happened to catch Em on tape.
Even if he is racist, the joke's on him cuz he has to hang around Black people allllll the time!

I can't see Eminem as being racist towards african americans. It would be the equivalent of a white person being racist towards white people. You see Eminem thinks he is black. I believe his comment about white women was made to persuade people that he was not racist towards white women.

maybe he has said that but he has also came out and said that there are tapes of him being racist but he was sorry and didnt mean anyof it. How many have never used race against someone....everyone has! even if it was holding your purse a little tighter on the subway when someone not your race walked by. Its not acceptable but it happens. forgive and forget!

I really don't think he is racist. C'mon, he went through so much to be accepted in their world, their rap world.. how could he hate black people? Do you honestly think he would have recorded albums with D12 if he had been racist?
If he really said that, maybe he was drunk or had some problems with women at that time, dunno.. But I am pretty sure Eminem is NOT racist.
