Nigel T, why do you not state the year of the motor? (www.nadaguides.com) will give you a answer that is true and you won't have to take any ones word for it. At the least, I will know. Oh I get it, you can't speak good English and your just playing around. That's OK, Like I said "It's worth what you can get!"

it's gonna depend on if its new or old; old lets say 3 years good deal; brand new i would say around 400 to 600 bucks. Also, how many hours is on it and what condition?U may want to add some detail to this question.

Seems a bit low to me if it's new. We sell a yamaha 6hp four-stroke for about £1000. (We don't specialise in engines, though - they're accessories for the boats we sell). If it's secondhand, maybe.
