Circuit training - it involves light weights but there are around a dozen exercises - squat-thrusts, press-ups, calf-extenders, et cetera, which just rely on movement of body, rather than weights.
Just make sure your personality remains the same, as I've met some gay guys who are firm and funky, but possess the sort of re-formed attitudes almost on a level as a halfwit superior.

It's interesting that you wrote 'I'm looking for something else' - as opposed the the 'weights route' to you desired goal.
Just what is this 'something else' you have lurking at the back of your desires?
If it's 'steroids,' fine, take the route and be prepared to accept the consequences too.
I knew a woman some years ago who desperately wanted to look like some 'star' or the other, so she could attract 'the right man.'
She spent a lot of money (by the standards of the day) to get some way towards her objective ('objectifying herself'), and she met and fell head over heels in love with a man ....who could not have given a damn how she 'looked' because he was totally blind.
There has to be a moral in there, somewhere..!
Best of luck.

Instead of weights what about a chest expander? A chest expander is four very very strong springs with a handle at each end, and you pull them X amount of times it will also help build up the muscle's in your arms too. You can use it at home.

What ever steps you take in improving the chest area, you must be dedicated in what ever activity you intend to do. Maybe the gym could be a good idea or something basic to improve the chest area its a long procedure and takes time but I am sure you will get there if your keen enough.
