It depends on the cell phone plan they have. If it includes unlimited txt messaging then no.

If they do not have a txt messaging plan, then they will get charged per txt message.

yes, they get charged for that but the charges depend on the service their using.

if your network offer free text, then it will not charge the one who replying...

and if your network don't, then it will charge the one who replying...
