If you are having problems gaining weight its probably because your metabolism rate is high the best solution is to start eating 6 to 7 meals a day try eating moderate portions for each meal and throw in a couple a protein shakes its just as good as having a regular meal

2 increase weight you have to eat alot that you get fat and then you never become skinner again. Becuz I have a little cuzin that doesn't eat and he's skinny and weak. if hit's something soft, he start's crying there.

my dear boy,,, eat dry fruits almonds and other nuts. Eat oily foods moderately . Have potato in various forms boiled , fried etc., i am sure u will gain more weight.
