Is there anyone involved in'pioneer anomaly' in India?

pioneer 10 and 11 spacecrafts manifest 'blueshift' tothe tune of 8000 kms/year than the expected distance...the telemetery data reveals that this anomalous acceleration started after 30-40 a.u.

I'm sure they are all busy trying to figure out how to get a spacecraft to run on fish heads.

There must be someone working on it in IUCCA and ISRO.
