how do you know he is hornymaybe he is staring because you are ugly , have a booger in your nose or just staring hoping you are not a dumbass and will answer a question

First I think you should ask him do he have a problem and if he actually just like actually toch you tell.Or if you are the type that like to be Ms.School Gurl go right ahead and be horny with your teacher.
But you shouldnt be treated like that.

I think you should tell someone about your concerns, like the principal. Teachers have no right to look at students in a sexual way!

do not do any thing. You do not know that he get horny you are assuming that he is. I would not let any one know until he does something or says something to you. you can get him in allot of trouble if he is not doing anything.

Go to the principal or guidance counselor. That behavior is not appropriate! If he is this way towards you, how many other students have been violated? If you just let it slide, who will be next?
