I honestly think its harder to question, because people are so quick to give advise and answer questions.

Both statements are 50/50 depending on where you are located.
In the USA, you can question your government
about wasteful spending of tax dollars (free
speech).
In other countries, such as North Korea, you dare not question any government official about.
anything or you might get killed. You accept things as they are and like it or else.
Sometimes here on answers, you cannot answer a question, because there is no question, the question is not clear, there is too much rambling, poor sentence structure and spelling make the "supposedly question", just purely unintelligible.
