Check with the closest German Consulate or Embassy. Check as well with DAAD. DAAD stands for German Academic Exchange Service and is exactly that.
Depending on what you would like to specialize in check with different universities. I suggest to start with the so-called technical universities like Fridericiana in Karlsruhe or TUM in Munich.
I suggest as well to brush up on your German. Understanding German will be necessary for at least some of the classes and will make your life significantly easier.

- Masters in Engineering - Masters in IT or Computing - MBA - M.Tech - many others It relies upon on your determination of profession direction.. do you want to pass further into technical aspects, and specialize, or would you somewhat pass to revenues, or administration? which will choose your next direction..
