how can i get to richmond center if I'm near by joyce station? somebody told me that I should take the bus at burrard street, but I'm not pretty sure...I appreciatte your help

Take the Skytrain to Burrard and then take the 98 B-line from the Burrard Skytrain Station (right in front of the station on Burrard) to Richmond Centre.
