SLF got it exactly right - I know this is your first question so you probably didn't realise that this is so international that you need to specify which Country you are in for the correct answer to be achieved - I presume you are in the UK - the USA is different but you'd still have to have a licence as they are an addictive drug only allowed by law for Tax benefit's - If you pay the government enough Cash in Tax then it's ok to Kill yourself.x
