Outlook Express is bundled with Internet Explorer and does not exist as a separate product. To get a new version of Outlook Express, you must get a new version of Internet Explorer.

I used to be a fan of Outlook Express until I found Thunderbird. It works so well plus you can choose skins. It is basically like Outlook Express but a lot faster and with better tools. It is free.

Run windows update, it will automatically find updates to your software.
