I'm worred that the frogs wont get the food because the goldfish will eat it.

How and why do you have them both in the same tank? They require different environments and food.

Also, I heard, since goldfish are kind of like scavengers, they will eventually if not already starting to, eat your frogs.

Separate them and go google searching on the type of environment the frogs need.

Usually African dwarf frogs eat whales but recent scientific studies have shown that whales shorten frogs lifespan so i believe u should probably feed it beavers.

You shouldn't have drawf frogs in with goldfish, not only will you have the problem you have now but once the fish get bigger they will actually eat the frogs.

The frogs can be very aggressive when they are hungry. I've seen them grab a fin by mistake and get taken by surprise. I fed them a lot of freeze-dried stuff.
