No kidding it all seems so unfair! I know a woman who has 6 children all different fathers and all have been taken away by social services at one time or another. Here I am wanting to be a loving and responsible parent and wanting to give my husband the child he wants and I can't seem to make it happen. Life is so unfair sometimes....

Back then when a woman had trouble getting pregnant there was nothing that the Dr. could do to help they either adopted or went through life w/out having any children. Luckily times have changed & we have fertility Dr.'s now. My sister has 4 kids w/ no problem conceiving them me on the other hand I have problems getting pg & the Dr. doesn't know why. I only have 1 & she is 5 now, but I will never stop trying for more well at least for the next few years I am 33 already!, But for your first question, some woman have female problems & others like me have unexplained infertility, I know it's not fair, but that's the way it is I deal w/ it every time I start my period, & the hope goes away, & leaves me feeling like a failure. again. But I always look at the bright side I did succeed once & now we have a beautiful daughter.

In the old days everything was diff. and women were alot stronger. But alot of babies did die back then because they didn't have the medical technology they do today. I thank God that I didn't live back then because my body for some reason cannot carry a baby full term so if I lived back then most likely both of my kids probably woundn't have made it. Every woman is different and every preg. and labor is diff.

To get pregnant you must have sex on a day that your eggs are being released.
After the 3rd day from the day that menses started put a thermometer into your mouth and check your body temperature every morning before you start turning in bed. The best time is at about 4 a.m. Maintain a chart. You will find that on one day the body temperature drops from 1/2 degree to one degree. This is the day that your eggs are being released. If you want to get pregnant this is the day that you must have sex. Tell your husband to ejaculate on his inward thrust so that the sperms will shoot deep inside.
After having sex you must stay in bed for about 30 mins with your knees bent up with a pillow under your buttocks so that the sperms will not pour out - to enable them to travel up.
Get your husband to save his sperms in the testacles for at least 3 days before sex to enable them to mature well to do their job.
