Your baby defiantly has a problem. If the kid isn't sitting up yet and feeding itself, then I would send it back where it came from and order a new one. If you keep this one you are in for a life time of training and teaching it things that come naturally for you.
You sound like an extremely intelligent person so are you sure the kid is yours because it just doesn't sound as bright as you. Maybe it got too many genes from the mothers side.

Yes they do come with a warranty and a manual. As with all manuals you have to actually READ them for them to be useful;

The warranty is a guarantee.....that neglect or abuse of mother or child will land you in jail for a very long time. Bad parenting will cause an emotionally crippled child that may want to kill you when it grows up, if the mother doesnt first after she's taken your child support money.
