hi, i'm an office assistant for a non-profit public transit company. Recently my boss told me that she made a (very simple, and basic) website. However, she has been very dissatisfied with the end product. I have been charged to look for web developers to help improve the website to looking more professional, rather than sloppy.
...is there anyone who can make the website http://www.goldcountrytelecare.org look any better... if not professional?
any help would be welcome.

ouch it sure needs some work.
Sorry but I don't have time. I already have 3 other non-profit projects on my hand, in addition of a profit one.

I don't design, but I do implement. If you have a design or something already, I can give you code that will make it happen.
