Moist. It sounds incredibly pornographic despite the often innocent intent of the speaker.

There's a bunch of words I don't like to say, and some I don't like to hear. Along the lines you're talking about, one I hate is "complected" when the word is complexion.
Some words that just sound gross to me are:
isthmus
Heineken
Penal colony
Blog
mucous
Pundit
Slurp
Vulva
Platypus
Rectory

I think most words considered as swearing would be ones I want the least to do with. For some unknown reason one can actually become addicted to swearing.

"supposably" (used incorrectly in place of "supposedly")
My wife & her sister say this all the time.
As the pirate with a steering wheel in his pants said, "Arrrggh! It drives me nuts!"

"Masticate" is a bad one because it makes chewing sound disgusting.
Another word that bugs me is "Favre" as in "Brett Favre". I've never heard it pronounced any other way than "Farve".

Cavity. If you have a cavity in your tooth, that's fine. But when somebody says "body cavity" that just grosses me out.
