Most societies (or their governments, judicial system, religious institutions etc) consider certain sexual preferences to be anti-social/harmful and so legislate against them. These would include sex with close relations, animals or children. And formerly homosexuality, though this has become more acceptable. To that extent, no, your preferences are not your own business.
Within what is legal, generally your preferences should be your own business, though some are quite distasteful so should be kept behind closed doors.

Strictly Yes.

Nobody else must care about any-others sexual preferences...

Real life, everybody is interested and talking, even professionally talking, everybody ask and knows, but legally this is not correct.

Nope. People think sex is a victimless crime. What about sex with children which ruins the rest of their lives? What about bestiallity which is thought to be the source of certain strains of disease? What about the spread of pornography that causes emotional detatchment, broken marriages and objectification of women? There have to be regulations or our culture would flow quickly down the gutter.

Yes, but I think you need to let other people know so that you can find people to share in what you enjoy. I don't think any body should be made to feel guilty and I also think that people shouldn't impose their preferences on others.

Generally, yes, but you can share it with others if they want to know, yet don't force it onto them. You'd better know who you're talking to, and their viewpoints on some of the more controversial aspects of sex, as it is liable to get you in trouble or branded as someone that you are not really,

If you want them to be. Should anyone get INTO your business? NO! FREEDOM is what this country is founded on, sex orientation is not excluded. Freedom to choose who you wanna be with is what we are (supposed to be) about.
