Sometimes, when a woman wears tight clothes (e.g., cotton panties, tights), a wedgie is created between the woman's labia.
This can happen if the woman is horny and her mons veneris (a mound of fatty tissue covering the pubic area) becomes swollen due to a flush of blood to that area. Some of fabric of her clothes "rides up" between her left labia and right labia, and becomes effectively stuck there as the two labia attempt to press against one another. The resulting effect looks like a camel's hoof (or toe)--a hoof that is divided into two parts.

Camel toe is a slang word used to describe an unattractive pelvic area of a woman. Called Camel toe due to the triangular shape some women have while wearing pants, usually when they become overweight. IT IS NOT A GOOD THING!!!

How to put this delicately... when a women's underwear or pants are a bit too snug in the front, causing the shape of a camel's toe.

Stand in front of a full length mirror. Pull up your undies as high as you can especially in the front. You will probably see your camel toe. If not shave and try again. :)

Its when the crotch of your pants is too tight. Makes it look like a camel toe, hence the name.
