I am in the same boat you are in . I use Clinique Soft Finish Makeup in Soft Bisque ,, Blended Face Powder and Brush in Transparency 2, Colour Surge Eyeshadow in Like Mink, you should stay with nude colours for your eyes and I wouldnt use black eyeliner either. Estee Lauder has their eyeshadow singles which are great u could try Tea Biscuit and a brown eyeliner. If you hate your freckles then use a concealer. Cover girl eyeshadow trio in Sea Glass is great too.

You should avoid all bright colors. Try using light nuetral colors. Try light browns or pinks but no bright colors becuase of the red hair and freckles. And dont dread the freckles I like them on people. Here what you can do.
Apply a foundation the matches your skin try Maxfactor pancakes foundation. Then put on covergirl pressed powder. Try to find a pale brown blush and apply on the apple of your cheeks. Then wear light brown eyeshawdow (apply a liitle over the crease of the eye). Finally try lipgloss. You will look gorgeous. I hope this helped.

you will never know unless you try different colors, to see whtat loks good on you.Sometimes I will lok at people in fashion who have similar features(haircolor, eye color, etc) and see if I think they look good with what ever combo of make up they have on and give it a go.I have been surprised and what I can wear.Colors like pinks and reds are on my list now.Sometimes all colors can look good on you it is just a matter of finding the right shade of that color.Take in your features.Things that I used to nitpick about make me unique.I have freckles too and I think they look good.Besides I have had many people tell me that my skin is flawless, but then I say..what do you mean ...are you looking at the same person here????As I said I have taken in all my features.Things that I cant change. You will be better for it.

best way to find out is by trying on different colors. Try going to a make-up counter at your local mall and ask them to try stuff on you. I use MAC make up and when I am unsure about a certain shade, I just ask one of the make up artist at the counter to try it on me. Sometimes, even if a color is suppose to go well with your particular hair color and complexion, you might just not like it...

Stay away from pinks and roses. They will accent the red. Greens neutralize red but go LIGHT on any makeup you choose. Also try light grays. Cheeks and lips should be a light neutral peachy color.

Tan pores and skin and pink hair makes your pores and skin look extra sunburnt. the colors do no longer conflict properly at the same time... in case you think of you are able to pull it off, sturdy yet do no longer bypass too golden or bronze, or you purely look quite icky and fake. Do like a organic tan outdoors, yet i believe pink hair seems intense high quality on easy pores and skin...

Black mascara, a shimmery gold eye shadow, a light bronzer for blush, and a light color such a porcelain for a foundation. Also, if you really want your eyes to stand out always curl your eye lashes.
