Okay, girl, I'm dispensing my secrets to you here: Bathe twice daily in not too hot water, put Ivory Liquid Soap (just a little) into the running water. Too much can irritate your precious gift. Get some LAVA SOAP from the store. It contains pumice and will exfoliate and smooth your skin. When you get out IN THE MORNING, put Baby Oil Gel all over your body, rubbing it in very well. IN THE EVENING, use Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion, rubbing it in very well. Put a thick coat of vaseline on your feet if you can stand sleeping in socks. Once or twice a week, instead of the Baby Oil Gel use olive oil (the kind for cooking is fine) but be sure to really massage it into your skin. Everyday try to drink all the water you can, NO LESS THAN A GALLON. If you have blemishes, Basis Sensitive Skin soap is the best, but if you don't have blemishes, the Lava works fine. Switch up with a sensitive skin soap like Dove, Ivory or Jergens every other month for about 2 weeks. If you try this, you will have smooth skin. If you can only do ONE THING here, I recommend the twice daily bath. Since that's free, my second choice is the Palmer's.

Ha ha I know this sounds stupid coming from a guy, but when you take a bath, try pouring baby oil in the bathtub (dont pour alot, just enough) and then just wash up in the bathtub with the baby oil in there and your skin should be really soft. My mom does this every night so that's how I know

there is such component as a unscented lotion inclusive of organic accents yet I many times hate the "scent" of the unscented lotion simply by fact it smells kinda rubbery yet thats my opinion. From previous reports, the wonderful product for delicate pores and skin is sturdy old school toddler oil. positioned it on after the bathe earlier your pores and skin dries, or upload some on your bath for tender silky outcomes.

Have you ever tried using a shower filter tat filters away chlorine in your water? Chlorine is said to made hair and skin dry...

I am using one now and it helped made my skin smoother and softer.. on top of that, we are using this bath gel called Petalsence BathWash.. and my husband swears by it now because it has made is not-so-smooth skin smoother than that of my baby son! :)

If you want to find out more about the shower filter and the bathwash, email me at verityy@yahoo.com

Try using one of those nylon net scrubbies when you shower, and don't use deodorant soap like "Dial" or "Zest". Try "Dove" for bar soap or any of the moisturizing liquid soaps. When you get out of the shower but before you dry off, apply some baby oil. Then pat yourself dry. Sounds greasy but it isn't. Works really well!

Don't use any cream, etc. Make a face pack with turmeric, sandalwood, curds& rosewater, apply it on your face. after 30 minutes wash it with water. DO it for 3 months & get resultes. Remember it is an aurvadik idea, so it will not make any sideeffects on your face.

Try something natural and totally different. Pure olive oil before you go to sleep. Wonderful results after a month's usage.

exfoliate your skin twice a week, you can do that with any scrub they sell at drugstores. but if you want better results, use natural stuff. like honey with sugar and exfoliate your skin. then to mosturize your skin use almond oil.
