Download Azureus. Then go to www.torrentz.com and find what you're looking for and download it to a folder. Then find the file you just downloaded, double click and it'll start downloading in Azureus :)

No program can stop a virus unless it scans the file first so I would strongly recommend always scan a download before opening it. Right click should show a choice of "Scan with ..." (what ever antivirus program you use.) Stay away from porn sites and such, know where your downloading from, are they a safe site? There are programs which help advise you but non that you could say are 100%.

Any file sharing program you use will still have a chance of getting a virus...it's inevitable. I use eMule Plus and have never had a problem with it, you just have to be careful what you download.

best chance of not gettinga virus is to check the extension of what you downloaded.
if its a pict, it will be jpg bmp gif
if its a song, mp3 wma
video avi, mpg, mpeg, mov
if it is a program, then run a virus checker before opening,
like avg from grisoft.com
if you are not sure of an extenstion, look it up before running it.
THe virus doesn't take hold till you run the program ( click on it)
if you can't see the extensions, its under folder options in any explorer window ( easy to find how to if uncertain)
simply put, if the extenstion is not what you are expecting, just delete before clicking on it.

If you on a mac then Acquisitionx.com is super cool and no chance of viruses (or atleast minimal) because viruses are almost always designed for PC's. Good Luck

soul seek. its the best i have tried kazza sharebear limewire ect pretty much all of the them and have had dumbass problems with al of them. www.soulseek.com its ezier then anyother and is super fast good luck
