deffinitly!! eat 3 small meals a day and 3 small "snacks" a day...eat ever few hours and your good to go...it keeps your metabolism going..i would probably say exercise about 4-5 times a week and since your young don't worry too much about weight training...even if your just walking 30 min a day thats great!!

That's the best diet for everyone!! These fad things don't work over time because keeping healthy is a lifestyle change. The long and short of it is (barring any medical problems) is that you have to have a balanced diet and burn more calories than you eat.

Yes, lots of vegetables and fruit, some lean protein, some whole grains, some low or no fat dairy. Six glasses of water per day and exercise. Don't go too crazy on the exercise. An hour a day is reasonable.

you need to figured out what kind of diet you want then go to the store look at workout magazines and read some of there diets like are you wanting to lose pounds are you wanting to tone or get muscle or what

NO DINNER!!! Within 1 month you can lose 3KG! Strictly only breakfast and lunch. You can't even have soup for dinner. Food - 70% Exercise is only -20% (if you really wanna slim down).
