Depends on the person, the motivation for the lie, and the magnitude of the lie. But in general, I tend to let people think they're getting away with it, and then later bust them when they slip up, if the occasion calls for it.
In a kind of unrelated related way, I suggest you watch the opening act of Dane Cook's Vicious Circle where he talks about lying.

It depends on the person & the lie they are telling. If it's a little white lie then I just let it go but if it's a big lie then they are most definitely not getting away with it! An ex of mine lied to my face quite a few times about some important stuff & I KNEW he was lying. Sooo, of course I called him on it to prove that I wasn't the idiot he obviously thought I was. It totally caught him off guard...damn he was such a dum@$$! haha

lots of those factors quite possibly are the choice of what's many times believed to be the actuality or a lie. As each and every will become many times seen truths or lies in destiny it is going to likely be achieveable to postulate alterations that would take place and deduce people who do. If we hit upon that the evidence would be recent in DNA that we are the comparable beings as our ancestors going lower back by time and area to the 1st time we grew to alter into huge unsleeping and our descendants would be 'us' lower back that would make us take greater appropriate 'care' of the planet OR the regulation of unintentional effects would make us see all human beings as recyclable w. a opposite reaction. super theories and tenets of civilisation like religions oftentimes evolve and wax and wane slowly yet whilst extraterrestrial beings have been to land and supply us the info sometime and each component of your hypothesis is demonstrably authentic it may probably throw up quite some chaos in what were a quite stable state of equilibrium. with a bit of luck the extraterrestrial beings could have seen this intently and could settle for my application for interior of sight head administrator of their recent petting zoo!

I like to see how far they will go. Because when you have one lie you have to cover it up with another, then another, etc... So I'll let it eat at them for a while. And if they never come out with the truth I would call them out!

Depends upon who the lying person is. If he/she is really close to me I would tell him/her outright. If a stranger, I'll just continue listening but giving out subtle signs telling him that I know he's lying. :-)

It depends on the kinda person they are. Some people get angry when you contradict them, and I try to avoid confrontation.
Others I just tell em' that "thats not true". then they usually pretend to not know that they were talkin bullshit.

no, then I got something over them. If i let them know that I know , I lose my advantage. I have a sixth sense about lying and peoples behavior in general, I am blessed in this way.
