Are you talking about an email address? Contact the company that hosts your email and have them delete the account. If you are talking about an email message, just highlight it and push Delete.

Before you delete the email scroll down to the bottom to look for n "unsubscribe link." Clicking this link should redirect you to a page where you will be removed from the mailing list. Just for extra protection, go back to your in-box, check the unwanted email and either block it, or mark it as spam so that it won't come back should unsubscribing be unsuccesful.

Every email has options listed above the emails, to delete, spam, reply, forward, move to another folder, etc. etc. All you have to do is left click on "delete", with your mouse.

It comes back, click on "spam", and your email account will register the email as span. You should not get back again.
