There are several levels of your question, you know.
First level - now when I am young.
Yes - in the cheek. (grandma and similar)
In the mouth? We don't kiss in the mouth person we are not involved with. (We = me and people I could kiss) So, no. But, than, yes if I am involved with him. (which is slightly possible = impossible)
Second level - then when I am old.
Yes - in the cheek.
And - yes, in the mouth ('then' there will be much more possibility that I am with someone without teeth.)

Only as an apology for having knocked them out in the first place. And even then, not on the mouth.
