Well what is wrong with your computer we are not telekinetic so how can we tell whats wrong. Install anti virus if your computer has a virus and do a scan of ALL drives.

If you have an antivirus program, make sure it is updates with the latest definitions and run a full scan. If you don't have an antivirus program, download and install AVG, then run a scan with it.

Is is still under warranty..did you buy an extended warranty? If not then you're gonna have to pay a lot to get it fixed....take it to you CompUSA. They have skilled tech there.

they do housecalls and scan and clean. OH btw....housecall does NOT mean they will knock on your door. it just means that they will scan via the internet.....much luck
