I want to know if they can be firmed up and mightbe not be so heavy but I can't afford surgery and am also scared about that prospect, the scars and the after effects

I should also emphasise that when I gain weight they go right there first but when i lose weight they stay the same and I am of a small frame 5'1' thats why they feel heavy sometimes.

You can increase or decrease your bust size by doing specific exercises. For one thing, your breasts are mainly fat, however, you can turn that into muscle, as it is still considered a pectoral muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat - but is more compact. So by doing exercises for your pecs, you can firm and tone your breasts, and decrease size. By including other exercises that are specific to toning you can help to support yourself, and decrease your pain. Surgery is an alternative, but if you have the drive, and are willing to go through a routine 3 to 4 days a week, then it is of course a safer way to help yourself.
To find the correct exercise however, you really should speak with a trainer, and do a little research. A trainer will help you to find the right exercise for you.
Good luck.

If you ever see a picture of a female body builder naked, their breasts are usually just these scary looking muscles, they don't look like breasts much anymore, but I think they do look small compared to most breasts. You might be able to firm them up some, but please don't go that far! I do think that it is possible to reduce the size with exercise though.

You can firm up the muscle under the breast tissue.

Some female body-builders have virtually no fat on the bodies so they have very small breasts.

It's a combination of diet & pumping iron.

We would need to see the before pictures and then we can judge whether they are already fat or muscle. If they are fatty then yes exercise can reduce them.

well i'm not fat but i have huge natural breast and they dont change size much regardless or weather i lose weight. I think it depends on weather your breast have more fat in them or more breast tissue. In my case its more breat tissue that's why they dont reduce with exersice.

if you have fat behind them that can go away and make you smaller and also with some more tone in your body they may not feel so havy if you have more strength. So it is possible, but the actaul cup size may not change by much but more the circumference.
