There is no evil.
There are only choices.
Some choices are wrong, according to the prevailing morals of society.
For instance, now it is a crime to have sex with a 13 year old girl.
However, at one time that was the norm.

Do you think it's ok to torture people because they won't tell what you want to hear?
The spanish inquisition was based on religion and they thought they were right.
And don't even get me start on the crusades.

People have beliefs and sometimes they have the ability and power to convince others that their beliefs are right and just.

Evil is created. It is said that we are all born innocent into a world of sin. Now, i do not believe that i will have to pay for the sins of other people.
The people that you have listed above were not born evil. They were however created to fullfill a certain purpose on this cosmic realm that we call earth.
We also have to keep in mind that these people didn't and do not think that they are evil. They thought and think that their actions are indeed going to make the world a better place.
This why the word perception must probably be one of the greatest words of all time.
What you perceive to be right i might perceiveto be wrong and vice versa.

People become evil over time. Think about it...when you are first born, you know nothing and have no exposure to good or bad things. As time goes on, people pick on each other, people die, people get praise or even the opposite. Good and bad things happen to every individual and how they take it and who is around them to support/disown them will determine what might make them bad.

Edit://
Stalin may have been evil, but he was a genius by far and if he wasn't 'evil' he would have been a kick *** leader.

All of us come into this world with the potential to be and do good or bad. As we develop we are influenced by family, friends, society, the environment. We all make choices to do what is morally right or wrong - regardless of spiritual awareness. The evil among us have developed their treachery from external influences. They are self-centered and have brainwashed themselves into thinking that the evil they do is right. Evil can also result from mental disorder which causes delusion, self-loathing, and hatred. So, no, we are not born evil, but unfortunately some of us develop that way.

Born innocent but if you dont teach them compassion for others they may never develop it and turn evil. They have to see their parents being kind to animals ,old people and others. Also they have to be treated with some kindness to know the diffrence although some very good people have come from awful home and some awful people from good homes.I beleive certain drugs deaden a person consceince.Im waiting to see what happens with some of this babys who were born to mothers using meth if it effects their consceince the way it does adults thats scary.

Evil step into this world when Adam and Eve decided to disobey God. You are born sinfully, but by choosing Christ, you will be washed clean. Choosing Him does not mean just saying yes, but to live a life that will be pleasing to God.

So all of us are evil, but your choices you make will be the results other people see. You have to choose between Light (God) and dark ( anything that is against God).

maximum anybody is goin to hell, consisting of catholics and christians. How then does one no longer visit hell? they could desire to choose for to no longer sin. Being born to a relatives of yet another faith isn't a sin. while the newborn is composed of the age of understand-how, he has the determination of accepting or rejecting the religion he grew to become into raised up in. if he rejects the actual faith, he has sinned; its his own fault. if he accepts the fake faith, he has sinned; its his own fault. If he accepts the actual faith, he's to be counseled. some hindus may well be stored, as long as they do no longer sin (worshipping distinctive gods is a sin, yet some hindus are extremely monotheistic). and extremely, that's greater effective to be in hell than to no longer exist in any respect. If this have been no the case, then for God to create people who might sin may well be evil. consequently, we are able to conlude logically that God has a ethical oblgiation to create each soul, includin the condemned ones. in any different case, if He did nto have this ethical obligaiton, i've got not got self belief He might create souls that would in user-friendly terms grow to be condemned. extremely, God is justly merciless. you ought to examine the Revelation of Peter, that's Scripture, yet no longer on your bible unfortunatley. The doctrine of eternal punishment is a philosophical necessity. Being an atheist is a sin. Being a polytheist is a sin. maximum christians are sinners, maximum jews are sinners, and maximum muslims are sinners. All sinners visit hell.

Everyone is born with a sin- nature.
I never taught my kids how to lie. They did it naturally.
I gently corrected them. All kids are like that.
People will naturally serve themselves first -that is sin nature.
In some people it just grows over time because of negative influences.
In others it shrinks due to positive influences. - especially the Holy Spirit!

we all get evil thoughts every now and then, I believe that every one has a soul and that soul is born innocent, but there are factors such as what kind of environment that the soul grows in, such as if one grows up in a happy safe educated environment
then that soul would be a good soul, tutored by other good souls in kindness but if that soul where to grow in a harsh environment, it would in fact adapt to that way of life thus become evil WE AS HUMAN BEINGS NEED TO LEAD BY EXAMPLE

Our Father, deliver us from "evil": Mt 6:13
We are delivered from the "law": Rom 7:6
What remaineth: a rest(peace) to people of God,
is perhaps y(our) awareness of such deliverance.
And that compound word (You)r beings with You.
So also does "you all" in "the end" begin with "you".

The God of all grace MAKE "you":
perfect, strengthened, stablished, settled;
AFTER ye(do err) suffer awhile (in law law).

What I say to "you" I say to "all": Mark 13:37
Watch(Observe), but do not observe laws.
For with the U-sing of ordinances all perish.

No matter, in the end you all saved(only) by grace(only):

The "grace"(only) of our Lord J->C with you->all. Amen.
