When was the last time did you visit your family doctor for a check-up routine?

I went last year for the first time in over 8 years...That was really stupid to go so long. Luckily, I was in good health, but after 30 things can start happening (I remember once someone told me it takes 30 years of a bad habit for it to "get you"...) so I'd rather be safe than sorry and go yearly from hereon in.
My first mammo wasn't pleasant but after seeing what I've seen in the oncology clinic with my son having cancer and how sick it can make you, I know that breast cancer which is worse, would be a wicked way to die so I want it caught early if I ever get that.

Over five years ago.
I had a urine test for my new job two years ago and I've been to the doctor a few times this past year but not for a check up.
