Depends ... if the goal is to strip down the civilization, gut the coffers of the Government, lay waste to the republic, destroy any credibility the nation has in the world, and set into action events that will finally lead to WW III, then, yes, he is the right man for the job.

G W has never been the "right" president. He wasn't even elected by the American people. Popular vote was against him but our politicians we elected put him there. Get him out NOW!
