you can't go to a website, you must go to the magistrate and they will present the party with the eviction papers. only the magistrate can write up these papers because it is a legal document and the eviction notice must be presented by someone in his office or you with his signature.

eviction is a court process and only a judge can evict someone. if you want to end a month to month lease just simply use a blank piece of paper; date it. state that you want them to leave by November first 2006 and make sure it is delivered by Sept.30 2006....
