That depends, a cold body? do you mean a dead person (i.e. corpse)?
If so the people here are right about Necrophilia
The -philia suffix meaning love of (from Greek) its occasionally as in Philo used as a prefix too...
The Necro bit is what refers to the dead (again from Greek Nekros).
But if you mean a cold body as in a low temperature substance.
Cryophilia is about cold environments
Psychrophilia is about cold temperatures but is mostly a biology term about certain types of organisms
but I couldn't quite find one about cold substances themselves
