A guest @ my B&B was telling me about seeing this @ a Pet Parade and it was soooo cool! He has his "doggles" to wear...and a water floatation vest...any other ideas?

It depends on the size of the balloons. The volume of Helium must be enough to lift the weight of your dog.

Since I looooove yorkies so much, I would say about an even 50 should launch that guy to mexico or whereever the prevailing winds are blowing.

on myth buster it took something like 500 tanks of helium to provide enuff lift to raise a human.
